Ingredients

1/2 cup blanched sliced almonds

1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces

4 ounces of crumbled feta cheese

2 ounces sliced black olives

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 fresh white button mushrooms, sliced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 ounces of your favorite Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. To blanch to almonds, heat a skillet over med-high heat. Add the almonds and lightly brown them, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Remove to a plate to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss.
