1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
1 (15 ounce dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1 (8ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garnish
Sour cream, optional garnish
Directions
- In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef until browned over medium- high heat. Drain onto a plate lined with paper towels.
- In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream.
