Sweet Corn Bread

Ingredients

4 cups Bisquick baking mix

1 cup cornmeal

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons baking powder

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder. Add the eggs, milk and butter, stir to blend. Pour into the prepared pan and bake until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
