Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package of elbow macaroni
¼ cup grated American cheese
½ cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
¼ pound Brie cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder1 (8 ounce) package of elbow macaroni
¼ cup grated American cheese
½ cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
¼ pound Brie cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion salt
Paprika
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- In a medium bowl combine American and Cheddar cheeses.
- In a pot combine milk, butter and Brie cheese. Cook slowly until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion salt. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture into the bowl of cheese mixture; stir well and then pour into a greased glass baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes more.
