Italian Beef Sandwiches

1 beef roast (sirloin tip or bottom round)
2 cups of water
2 packages of powdered brown gravy mix
1 package powdered zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1 jar of sliced pickled pepperonchinis
1 tablespoon of pepperoncini juice, from the jar
French bread, with garlic butter
Provolone cheese slices
Directions
- Add roast, water, gravy mix, Italian seasoning mix, pepperoncini juice to crock pot. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
- Remove meat to a large bowl and shred with two forks. Ladel in juice from crock pot to moisten. You want it to be wet but not runny.
- Toast garlic bread in the oven until crispy. Slice into sandwich size pieces. Add the cheese to bread and put back under the broiler to melt cheese. Top with meat and pepperoncini slices.
