Ingredients

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme

¼ teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

¼ cup vinegar

¼ cup water

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub into pork on all sides. Place pork in a roasting pan and cook uncovered on the middle rack.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until an instant read thermometer registers 160 degrees, approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, place sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a bubble and slightly thickens. Brush tenderloin with glaze during the last ten minutes of cooking.
