Ingredients
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub into pork on all sides. Place pork in a roasting pan and cook uncovered on the middle rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven until an instant read thermometer registers 160 degrees, approximately 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a bubble and slightly thickens. Brush tenderloin with glaze during the last ten minutes of cooking.
