Ingredients

2 pounds Genoa salami, ¼ inch slices from deli

1 1/2 pound provolone cheese, ¼ inch slices from deli

1 package of pepperoni slices

1 jar of whole pepperoncini

Directions

  1. Cut the salami and provolone cheese into bite size chunks.
  2. Cut the pepperoncini in half.
  3. On wooden skewers, add a piece of salami, then cheese, then pepperoncini, then pepperoni. Serve
